Welcome to Sacred & Soft. By using livesacredsoft.com, joining our list, booking coaching, or registering for an experience, you agree to these terms. Please read them. We have written them in plain language on purpose.
Who we are
Sacred & Soft is a restorative coaching, wellness, and lifestyle practice based in Charlotte, North Carolina, led by LeShanda Miller Davis. You can reach us at hello@livesacredsoft.com.
What coaching is, and what it is not
Sacred & Soft offers life coaching, guided reflection, and restorative wellness experiences. Coaching is a collaborative, forward focused conversation designed to help you gain clarity, make decisions, and take action.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed mental health or medical professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a licensed professional, call or text 988 in the United States, or go to your nearest emergency room.
Wellness experiences may include meditation, breathwork, sound bath, journaling, and light stretching. Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for knowing your own physical and emotional limits, and you should consult your physician before participating if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about any activity.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching depends on your honesty and participation, and outcomes are not guaranteed. Nothing on this site or in a session should be taken as legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
Booking, payment, and scheduling
Coaching sessions and experiences are scheduled through Calendly. Prices for coaching packages are listed on the site and are due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing. Package sessions and any included 20 minute check ins must be used within the timeframe agreed at the start of the engagement, and unused check ins expire when the package concludes.
To reschedule or cancel a session, please give at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as used. Sacred & Soft may reschedule a session when necessary and will give you as much notice as possible.
Refunds
Single sessions are non refundable once completed. For packages, unused sessions may be refunded at Sacred & Soft's discretion, less the value of any sessions already delivered. Complimentary experiences have no fee and no refund. If something has gone wrong, write to us. We would rather make it right than argue about it.
Confidentiality
What you share in a coaching session or wellness circle is treated as confidential. We will not share it without your written permission, except where required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else. Coaching conversations are not legally privileged in the way conversations with a licensed therapist or attorney may be. Group participants are asked to hold the same confidentiality for one another.
Group experiences
Seats for experiences such as The Soft Landing Series are limited. Registration is required and seats are confirmed in the order received. Sacred & Soft reserves the right to decline or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe to the group.
Website content and intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, the Sacred & Soft name and marks, the Soft Landing Journal, and any materials shared during coaching or experiences, belongs to Sacred & Soft and is for your personal use only. Please do not copy, sell, or redistribute it without written permission.
By joining the list you agree to receive occasional emails from Sacred & Soft. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred & Soft and LeShanda Miller Davis are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, coaching, or experiences. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will tell you when they were last changed. Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
