Sacred & Soft ("we," "us," or "our") is a coaching, wellness, and lifestyle practice based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect through livesacredsoft.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple on purpose.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you join the Sacred & Soft list, register for an experience, or contact us, you may share your name, email address, and anything you choose to write in a message. When you book coaching or reserve a seat through Calendly, Calendly collects the details needed to schedule with you, including your name, email, and any answers to booking questions.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site is hosted on Squarespace, which collects basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for or store payment card numbers on this site. Payments, when applicable, are handled by a separate payment or booking provider under its own privacy terms.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your messages, schedule and deliver coaching sessions and experiences, send the occasional Sacred & Soft email you signed up for, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make the site work: Squarespace (website hosting, forms, and contacts), Calendly (scheduling), Google (reCAPTCHA and any analytics), and our email provider. Each of these handles your data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
If you join the list, you will receive occasional emails about new experiences, coaching openings, and ritual goods. No daily emails. No noise. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@livesacredsoft.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
Confidentiality in coaching
What you share in a coaching session or wellness circle is treated as confidential and is not posted, shared, or used in marketing without your written permission. Coaching is not psychotherapy or medical care, and coaching conversations are not protected by legal privilege.
Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, including the security features of our service providers, but no online service is completely secure.
Children
Sacred & Soft services and this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Links to other sites
Our site links to third party sites such as Calendly and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will tell you when it was last changed.
